When asked what led Dr. Kizzy (Parks) Dominguez to her career field of counseling and coaching, it was simply her "passion for helping people!" As a psychologist and entrepeneur, Kizzy has realized her dreams - dreams she had since childhood - since graduating from Alfred University in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

I went on and earned a Master's Degree and PhD in the field, and it's all due to the experience at AU and the Psychology department.

Kizzy embraced the challenges she faced while earning her degree at AU, citing small class sizes as something she appreciated most along with time to explore extracurricular clubs and activities. Kizzy is now the President and Founder of K Parks Consulting, a Florida-based corporate training, development, executive coaching and analytics firm dedicated to cultivating successful workplaces through leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and team building.
